RECIPE: PANCIT CANTON

500 grams pancit canton noodles
1 small chicken breast
2 cloves garlic minced
1 onion chopped
1 cup carrots julienne
1 cup snow peas
3 cups cabbage shredded
1/4 kintsay chopped
1 cup oyster sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 Knorr chicken cube
Cooking oil
Ground pepper
Salt
Water

Procedure:
1. Boil chicken breast in 4-5 cups water and add salt. Simmer until chicken meat is cooked. Set aside to cool and then shred the meat.

2. In a large cooking pan or wok, saute garlic and onion. Add the shredded chicken meat and cover for 1 minute.

3. Add all the vegetables, soy sauce, oyster sauce and Knorr chicken cube. Add water enough to cook the canton noodles later.

4. When the vegetables are half-cooked, add the canton noodles and mix until desired texture is reached. Continuously stir for a minute until liquid is reduced. Ready to serve.

Chicken liver
Pork liver
Shrimp
Squid ball
Shitake mushrooms
Red bell pepper
