RECIPE: SINIGANG NA BANGUS
2pcs medium bangus (milk fish)
1pc onion sliced
2-3pcs tomatoes sliced
1pc small ginger sliced
1pc small labanos (radish)
1-2pcs talong (eggplant)
1 bundle of kangkong (water spinach)
1/2 pack of Knorr Sinigang Mix
2pcs siling haba
5-6 cups of Water
Patis (fish sauce)
1. In your casserole, boil water and add onion, ginger and tomatoes.
2. Once it boils, add Knorr sinigang mixture and labanos. Let it simmer for awhile.
3. Add all the bangus slices. Put patis to taste. Simmer for 3-5mins.
4. Once the labanos and bangus are cooked. Add all the remaining vegetables (i.e. siling haba, talong and kangkong). Simmer for 1 min then ready to serve.

** Tip: As much as possible put all hard ingredients or ingredients that will take longer time to cook before the fish.
